English Law is recognised world-wide, particularly in maritime matters, and, uniquely, it provides for the maximisation of returns to creditors through the proactive marketing of ships to be sold.
Our long standing role in this process has given us enormous experience which we now also apply to judicial sales throughout the world. We have acted in auctions in over 20 countries on 6 continents.
We are regularly retained:-
a. by creditors with assets arrested in other jurisdictions, who require the sale of those assets to be properly marketed worldwide;
b. by buyers intending to bid on vessels at auctions, wherever located.
